Payment Failure
All payments are controlled by secure third party providers, including Stripe & PayPal. Sartoro does not store credit card information nor do we determine if a payment is successful or fails.
There are a number of reasons a payment may have failed. Here are a few recommended steps to ensure these are resolved so that you can complete your order:
- Please carefully review your personal details and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly.
- Try a different credit card or payment method such as ShopPay or PayPal.
- If issues persist please contact your bank as it’s possible that your account has been flagged for security reasons.
