Payment Failure

All payments are controlled by secure third party providers, including Stripe & PayPal. Sartoro does not store credit card information nor do we determine if a payment is successful or fails.

There are a number of reasons a payment may have failed. Here are a few recommended steps to ensure these are resolved so that you can complete your order:

  1. Please carefully review your personal details and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly.
  2. Try a different credit card or payment method such as ShopPay or PayPal.
  3. If issues persist please contact your bank as it’s possible that your account has been flagged for security reasons.
