Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I make a change to my order?

Changes to orders must be submitted within 24 hours. Changes requested after 24 hours may not be possible or may require an additional fee depending on how far along your order is in the manufacturing process. Please email us at [email protected] to request a change.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted as we have already started manufacturing your order. On a case by case basis, we may be able to cancel orders with a fee after 24 hours, but this is usually not possible.
