Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sartoro garments are custom-made from scratch to your individual measurements and customizations and built to fit you - no one else. However, we offer returns on first orders with Sartoro.

All first orders are fully covered by our Fit Guarantee - we will resolve any and all issues related to fit, as well as any manufacturing issues or incorrect customizations made on our behalf. 

However, if you are not satisfied with your garments and do not wish to proceed with alterations or a remake, you can return the garment for a refund.

Return requests must be received within 10 days of receiving your first order.


Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

Outside of first orders where we offer returns, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind reasons. If you're not sure you'll love the fabric color/texture, we recommend you to order fabric samples first.

Orders may be canceled or adjusted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, our team will have already started working on your order and we may be unable to cancel. Depending on the progress, we may still be able to make customization adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
