Do you cover alterations?

Yes! We cover alterations up to the limits found on the Alterations page. While we strive for the perfect fit every time, a small percentage of orders will require adjustments. This can be the case for a number of reasons, most often inaccurate Fit Profile information or simply unique fit preferences. Every SARTORO purchase is backed by our Fit Promise which includes an alteration credit for a customer's first purchase of each type of garment (jacket, vest, pants, shirt, coat).

Alteration reimbursement requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of your order. Reimbursement requests submitted after 30 days may not be approved.
